Job Description

As District Manager you are responsible for the sales performance, customer service, and the overall profit development of COS within a district.

What you will do:
  • Responsible for ensuring each store within the district has a solid store operation routine to maximize efficiency and profit.
  • Responsible for monitoring, establishing, and following up on sales targets, plans, and budgets to secure selling/profitability objectives.
  • Work together with the Area Manager and his Team to develop an efficient workflow and lead store teams toward the set long and short-term goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the store team and be open-minded to different ways of working.
  • Support the area team analysis of the customer service reports by driving the customer experience focus across stores in the market, providing feedback, and coaching store teams to deliver to the Brand expectations.
  • Continuously train and develop store teams on store operations processes & Customer Service, ensuring the purpose and benefits of the routines and tools are clear.
  • Ensure that the knowledge of store operations & Customer Service flows from area to store teams.

  • Work as One Team with the Area Manager and the local H&M organization to ensure the store teams are closely supported to drive the best experience for our customers.
  • Strong leadership to motivate the store team and drive change management initiatives.
  • Ownership to make constant improvements to secure high profitability and provide constructive feedback as needed.
