The role will be successful in delivering and implementing the brands Australia

& New Zealand Sales Strategies, and a crucial component in the role will develop and strengthen the cooperation across Head Office and local teams.

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Together with the Country Sales Manager, drive organic growth through existing Key Account customers
- Develop new business through new accounts
- Ensure sales targets are met and engage with relevant teams to reach these targets
- Manage quarterly sales campaigns
- Be up to date on all relevant figures: budget status/gaps/order books
- Align expectations on key KPIs between customers and team
- Plan and drive activities to reach/outperform sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Danish HQ stakeholders including relevant designers/buyers/marketing / NOOS and express team

Product & Market Knowledge
- Become a product and business concept expert
- Understand collection, price, and NOOS architecture
- Be a local market expert
- Know your competitors, price, and market position
- Know the retail landscape you are operating within
- Be aware of both local and international trends and understand their local relevance

New Business Development
- Identify and establish new business opportunities through key strategic mini-chain, online, and independent business channels
- Develop and execute new sales strategies to win new business
- Liaise with marketing to develop new business pitch assets
- Develop and maintain the prospective customer database

Developing Customers
- Location of brands in store (goal: A+ location)
- Aim to be the best-performing brand in each store, measured on turnover and earnings per m2
- Regular store phone contact and face-to-face visits to develop and maintain nearness to customers
- Educate customer store staff about brand products and relevant concepts

Know Your Customers
- Know your customers and their business in order to know where and how to help support growth
- Secure the bestselling NOOS styles in the customer’s stores
- Know the competitors in your customer’s stores
- Work with the VM team (where relevant) to ensure the sales plan is executed on the shop floor ensuring that the goods package are presented according to the brand values and strategy
