We are seeking a talented and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure their ongoing success on our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account management strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their main point of contact
- Understand the unique needs and objectives of each key account, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of key account strategies
- Continuously monitor and analyze key account performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Create and deliver regular performance reports to key account stakeholders
- Identify and pursue upsell and crosssell opportunities to increase account revenue
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals with key accounts
Qualifications:
- RG 146 compliance and relevant tertiary qualifications in business or commerce.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with a successful track record in generating sales revenue growth.
- A good understanding of the financial product landscape in Australia including financial planning, stockbroking and managed accounts.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the financial or trading industry
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful account management
