Our client is an Australian based firm with an international presence accross North America and Asia. Their funds under advice total approximately 75 billion and have been a household name since their founding. They are ASX listed and have provided financial advisory services to private, institutional and corporate clients.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure their ongoing success on our platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their main point of contact
  • Understand the unique needs and objectives of each key account, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of key account strategies
  • Continuously monitor and analyze key account performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports to key account stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue upsell and crosssell opportunities to increase account revenue
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals with key accounts

Qualifications:

  • RG 146 compliance and relevant tertiary qualifications in business or commerce.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with a successful track record in generating sales revenue growth.
  • A good understanding of the financial product landscape in Australia including financial planning, stockbroking and managed accounts.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the financial or trading industry
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful account management
