**What is our aim?**

We aim to exceed our customers expectations and give them something out of the ordinary. We believe that buying a car should be no different to ordering any other products online or in store and each customer should be given choice, value and security.

**So how will we achieve this?**

We need exceptional people to join our team and provide an out of this world experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for management of our in-store customer service team to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and motivate the team and manage expectations to deliver great outcomes.

**Don’t have automotive experience? That’s completely fine because here is what we are looking for**:

- Minimum 3 years’ management experience with the ability to lead a team within a sales/customer service environment
- Someone who understands the importance of providing a “customer first” experience
- Maintains high standards focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, getting details right, and displaying professionalism and integrity.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in growing, developing and mentoring Team Members ensuring they achieve KPI’s and objectives
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
