**Product Manager - Total Shoulder Arthroplasty**

- Territory: Australia & New Zealand, Sydney based prefereable but will consider other locations
- This role will ideally suit existing Sales Representatives or Product Managers with experience in Shoulder Arthroplasty product categories. We are open to Sales Representatives looking to take a career turn into marketing or existing marketing professionals. Responsibility will be for all Australia and New Zealand. This is a unique greenfield opporutnity to be responsible for a new product launch into ANZ marketplace of Arthrex's Total Shoulder system._

**About the Role**

This position is responsible for all aspects of the product marketing strategy and tactical support across the ANZ region. You will lead the strategy and driving the interactions with KOL HCP surgeons and support the sales force nationwide - expect to travel about 1 week out of every 4 for this role. Please note this role is a hybrid role that will be flexible for office and home based work, you'll be supported by our innovative Product Demonstration Suite at our HQ in French's Forest Sydney that has a full wing of the office dedicated to demonstrating the Shoulder Arthroplasty range to HCP's.

This position reports to our ‘Product Marketing Manager, ANZ’ and will involve travel across ANZ as well as hybrid work between our Frenchs Forest corporate head office and work from home.
- Develop and implement theTotal Shoulder Product strategies to achieve marketing goals and budgets.
- Manage and execute product launches and product pipeline prioritisation
- Develop and execute digital strategies and communication campaigns
- Build and maintain key customer relationships to develop KOLs
- Work closely with the Med Ed and Sales teams to develop and execute professional educational programs, events & conferences for surgeons
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Regulatory and Commercial teams to create and distribute marketing, communication and promotional assets
- Provide technical expertise, develop training resources and direction to the sales force aligned to the product strategy
- Collaborate with the Commercial team with relevant tenders and contracts

**About the Requirements**
- Successful sales track record within a Total Shoulder Arthroplasty product category from sales or marketing
- Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship based sales approach
- Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
- Relevant Tertiary Degree from a Health Science or Marketing/Sales background
