This is a Sydney based role and the head office is currently located on the Northern Beaches, Frenches Forest. The head office will be relocating to Chatswood, North Shore, Quarter 3, 2023.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Contribution to Brand KPI's actively contribute to the achievement of brand KPI's including management of promotional budget spend, go to market plans & promotional products.
  • End to End Brand Management participation in the development, and responsible for managing the execution of the brand marketing strategy & calendar including planning of marketing objectives & strategies; managing promotional portfolio, forecasting, data analysis and implementation of channel brand promotional executions & activations, ensuring all elements are executed with bestinclass top of mind.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration establish close partnerships with all internal and external departments to ensure regular flow of information and stakeholder commitment to the implementation of all activity. Project manage all brand promotional programs, gaining feedback and buyin from all key stakeholders.
  • Consistency, Quality & Responsibility in conjunction with the HOM, lead & manage the development & progress of the promotional program/projects, actively driving & championing a high performing level of planning & implementation that consistently delivers the brand message, in line with global brand guidelines; plan & manage the promotional budget in conjunction with HOM to ensure expenditure is within budget and delivers ROI.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Experienced Product or Brand Manger within Beauty, Fashion, Accessories and or Health category experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a Marketing related field required.
  • Strong understanding of how products are distributed, launched, and marketed through endtoend launch strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital & social media marketing.
  • Project and analytical skills with experience in social and digital analytics.
  • Experience managing and developing communication and media budgets.
  • High energy levels, excellent team player, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills.
  • Manage and prioritise demanding workload to meet strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • An Assistant Brand Manager looking for the next step will be regarded as well as an experienced Brand/Product Manager willing to learn and excel in a new industry group.
