**About the Role**

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to take the reins and propel Criterion Industries to new heights of success As the driving force behind our marketing function, you'll be responsible for shaping our brand's perception, optimising digital marketing efforts, and creating an emotional connection across our product lines. This senior position offers the opportunity to build a best-in-class department and drive business growth while fostering customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **
Building the brand** - brand hierarchy, naming, colours etc. Increasing the brand equity in the market/customers minds
- ** Customer Experience** - Understand and shape the complete end-to-end customer experience - inclusive of working with Criterion leaders nationally to ensure excellent representation of the brand
- ** Customer Touch Points** - managing the customer touch points - make every post, interaction or marketing material a winner.
- ** Execute on the marketing strategy **- and shape the future marketing plan.
- ** Marketing Budget** - manage the marketing budget and optimise ROI on marketing spend.
- ** Marketing Roadmap** - drive the roadmap through a holistic view of Criterion strengths, weaknesses and strategic future direction.
- ** Industry Partnerships**- gain referrals through architects, engineers and key industry stakeholders.
- ** Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) and Specifications** - increase the number of times Criterion product is specified at project design state.
- ** Insights and Innovation -** guide our business innovation through market research and data-driven insights.
- ** Customer-first marketing culture** - customer first is at the core of how we operate - be a lead contributor in building this culture within the business, across all functions, along with associating this core attribute with our brand.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements - Skills and Experience**:

- A proven track record across all key marketing deliverables, showcasing your ability to drive results and elevate brands.
- Demonstrated expertise in scoping, managing, and successfully delivering significant marketing projects.
- Minimum of two years' experience in product launches, marketing campaigns, and branding, demonstrating your ability to execute successful marketing initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners and influence key decision-makers.
- A data-driven mindset, with a proficiency in utilizing analytics and market insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- A flexible and versatile nature, coupled with a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to achieving targets.
