Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts and drive sales performance to achieve full occupancy across all retirement living sites.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders through community events and engagement.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized sales approaches and prompt issue resolution.
- Promote facilities and services through digital marketing tools and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
- Assist Village Managers and Village Liaison Officers in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Provide competitive analysis and recommendations for new products and services.
Requirements:
- Five years proven sales experience, preferably in Retirement Living/Aged Care.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
