  • Lead sales efforts and drive sales performance to achieve full occupancy across all retirement living sites.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders through community events and engagement.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized sales approaches and prompt issue resolution.
  • Promote facilities and services through digital marketing tools and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
  • Assist Village Managers and Village Liaison Officers in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide competitive analysis and recommendations for new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Five years proven sales experience, preferably in Retirement Living/Aged Care.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
