About Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive, specialising in the SME and Mid-Market sectors. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with clients to ensure their intricate policies are managed effectively and negotiations are handled with expertise.

You will be working on a joint SME-Mid Market portfolio alongside a highly established & experienced Account Manager, managing a diverse portfolio which includes (but not limited to) ISRs, Financial Lines and Property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of around 20-30 clients who are ranging from $3k to $100k
  • Negotiate independently and effectively with clients whilst providing exceptional customer service
  • Create comprehensive renewals reports with strong attention to detail
  • Build strong client relationships and participate actively in face-to-face meetings
Requirements
  • Tier 1 accreditation and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Account Executive
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex policies
  • Experience working with ISRs Manufacturing, Storage, and Property-related products would be essential
