We are looking for a **Customer Support Officer** to join our team in **Canning Vale WA**

**This is an Indigenous

**Your new role**
In your new role as Customer Support Officer, your function will be to:

- Answer a high volume of inbound calls and effectively provide resolution, guidance and high-level customer service
- Assist members of the public professionally and empathetically, while maintaining security and privacy requirements
- Register and report on issues as required
- Ensure operational procedures are current and accessible
- Identify and resolve internal team operational issues

**In order to succeed in this role you must**:

- Notable experience within a busy, high-volume call or contact centre
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in your work, as well as having strong respect for confidentiality and privacy requirements
- Be highly empathetic and resilient, with advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Be tech-savvy and confident navigating between multiple systems at a time, as well as competency with the Microsoft Office suite

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canning Vale WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
