About the Role
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Specialist also includes:

  • Explaining the benefits of Plan Management and NDIS requirements.
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and empathetic communication.
  • Resolving problems by clarifying the customer's query; determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to required call scripting, where necessary.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, or a similar CRM is desirable, but not essential
