**THE ROLE**

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a crucial role in servicing our clients, providing day-to-day planning and inquiries support for our Residential and Commercial Sales team. Your responsibilities will include data entry, project coordination, order placement, problem-solving, and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
