We’re seeking a Team Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to the General Manager Customer Platforms and their Leadership Teams.

You’ll join an innovative team, who are driven to deliver excellence and strive for exceptional in everything they do.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Review and establish office systems and procedures to ensure the office is managed efficiently and effectively- Raise and process requisitions, purchase orders, contracts in Workday where appropriate- Assist with managing and reconciling corporate card expenses- Coordinate and book travel as required as per the Travel Policy- Diary management and coordination of schedule meetings, agendas and events as requested- Support teams in onboarding and offboarding of staff and support in agile working, including the adaptation of processes and technology usage

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Demonstrated experience as a team/administrative coordinator- Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one timeYou’ll continue to receive great benefits, including:
