More About The Team Coordinator Position At Woolworths Group: An opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Coordinator to join the WooliesX team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. In this role, you will play a vital part in a true business partnership by providing essential support to two senior executive team members within the WooliesX team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and email management, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders, assisting leaders in planning and overcoming obstacles.
  • Owning relevant documentation such as presentations, emails, agendas, expenses, meeting papers, and minutes, and enhancing document templates when necessary.
  • Assisting with event coordination for regular events like monthly finance and annual strategy cycles, quarterly planning, or town halls, including booking rooms, arranging catering, and setup.
  • Supporting the WooliesX business's annual strategic development outputs, including project monitoring.
  • Coordinating onboarding for new team members, including contractors.
