This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service experience to join a dedicated and collaborative team to support the people of NSW.

The Energy Social Programs Branch provides energy rebates and crisis payments worth millions of dollars annually to eligible low income and vulnerable households.

**The role**:

- Provide consistent high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Provide empathic customer service to all customers
and stakeholders whilst balancing competing demands in a high-volume work environment.
- Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records and databases in the inhouse systems
- Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current
spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team.
- Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team

**Skills/Experience**

As the Customer Concierge Operator you will often be the first point of contact. It is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service treating customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
- 2-3 years experience in a call centre or customer service role
varying systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong and accurate date entry skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, ie Outlook and Teams
