Call Centre Operator - NSW Government Department
3 month contract + Possible extension

Pay:
$35 per hour + Super

Location:
Bankstown (Office based)

Hours: 35 hours per week on a

rotating roster between the hours of 8am and 6pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide a highlevel quality of customer service daily as the first point of contact for general enquiries for this business unit
  • Resolve a highvolume of inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, accurate and efficient matter, handling complaints where necessary
  • There will be a range of sales, customer service and administrative tasks.
  • Adapting to changes in environment and consistently learning new processes, approaches and systems

Requirements:

  • Sales experience would be highly regarded
  • Contact centre, education or some kind of high volume based work experience is a must
  • Experience in a high volume environment
  • Able to commit to the rotating roster
  • Must be tech savvy
