Working on the LDB ANZ leadership team to build our analytics culture and drive the implementation of key projects.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Working across multiple areas of the LDB business to proactively identify areas that data & analytics can support and drive business growth through data driven decision making - from data capture, tools and processes.
- Responsible for delivery of the technical modelling associated with the LDB use case, ensuring that it meets the needs of the Division
- Supporting change management associated with the implementation of the use cases: people, tools and processes
- Coach and Develop the LDB data talent and contribute to the wider ANZ AVA Community.
- Upskilling the LDB organisation in data & analytics, particularly to assist with the adoption of key analytics projects. Contribute at both a local and Zone level on identified projects.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or an aligned Data/Systems field
- Experience with R/Python, advanced AL/AI algorithms, SQL, optimization
- Preferred but not essential: GCP certifications
- Implementing solutions for end-to-end business especially preferably in consumer goods areas with knowledge and understanding of consumer goods data with the knowledge of industry trends
- Data ingestion/cleansing/integration mechanisms and building reporting/analytics solutions across the enterprise and proprietary systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills & stakeholder management
- Strong project management experience and flexibility to work across multiple time zones
