**About the Role**

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Placement Administrator at the Melbourne School of Health Sciences This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Clinical Placement Officers and academics, ensuring seamless student compliance during clinical placements. You'll play a vital role in supporting all tasks relating to sending students on placements with our esteemed providers across various disciplines. Your responsibilities will include:

- Support placement processes in consultation with Clinical Placement Officers including; actively monitoring and ensuring pre-placement compliance.
- Action student placement agreements, including preparation, distribution, and storage.
- Support the preparation and distribution of communication to students and Clinical Educators.
- Develop front-end user knowledge in the use of the placements database.

**Who We Are Looking For**

You are a detail-oriented communicator with strong written and verbal skills. You excel in collaborative team environments and thrive under routine supervision while also showcasing autonomy in daily tasks.

You will also have:

- Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant work experience or completion of a Certificate IV with relevant work experience or a combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve referencing existing policy and procedure as a guide.
- High-level computer skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

- This position requires the incumbent to hold a current and _valid Working with Children Check_ to ensure the University provides a safe environment for everyone._
