**The Opportunity**
Due to an exciting increase in sales and service requirements for our business, we are looking for an additional customer focused professional to join us as a Service Advisor to assist customers with scheduling in their trucks for servicing and repairs into our workshop, as well as provide quotations for customers and raise repair orders for vehicles. This is to work 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday and does not involve upselling and doesn't require being there at all times for acceptance and delivery of vehicle.

**Your Key Responsibilites**
- Raise and close repair orders
- Provide quotations to customers and/or internal sales staff
- Customer service at the counter and over the phone
- Book trucks for repairs/service, organize Breakdown services and supply invoices
- Appropriate escalation of customer complaints
- Liaise with Workshop Supervisor on current job status
- Liaise with Workshop Technicians regarding job cards
