Compliance Training Advisor

We’re currently looking for a dedicated Compliance Training Advisor to join our team, based at our Logistics and Fresh Milk sites in Laverton, as well as our Fresh Milk site in Erskine Park (NSW).

How you will make contributions that matter:
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all training on-site, particularly relating to compliance, Health & Safety, Environment and Quality.

This will include:

- Ownership of the training calendar and ensuring scheduled training takes place
- Reporting on compliance status and arranging training as required
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the site to develop your understanding of operational processes and priorities
- Ensuring accurate and timely recording of completed training status
- Partnering with the operations teams to contribute to competency assessments and updating training content as required

This is a high-exposure role where you’ll consult with stakeholders on all levels to ensure effective training delivery and develop a strategy to ensure all related training materials are updated appropriately.

About you:
We’re looking for someone with:

- Ideally, previous experience in a training-related role and an understanding of logistics and warehousing environments
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to identify key priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with relationship
- building being a key strength
- Previous exposure to HRIS and / or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment would be an advantage
