**About the role.**:
As an **Executive Support Officer, you will **provide timely, effective, high-level executive secretarial and business related support services to the Deputy Secretary, Delivery and Coordination Group and People, Culture and Talent Branch.

- You have significant experience in providing a broad range of executive support to senior level management in a high volume, pressurised, and demanding work environment.
- You have the capability to manage Deputy Secretary’s diary including prioritising requests and organising access to the Deputy Secretary.
- You have proven record in appropriately managing confidential information.
- You have a proactive can-do attitude with the ability to operate autonomously and independently.
- You have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to develop effective working relationships to represent the organisation and the Deputy Secretary.
- You have great attention to detail and take pride in your work.

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($106,025 - $117,363) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
