Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounts, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing service contracts for their capital equipment portfolio
- Being proactive about the renewal of contracts
- Collaborating with key external stakeholders to drive business solutions
- Connecting with your global and local cross functional sales and marketing teams
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Experience working in the Medical Devices industry
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, service contract process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
