Our client is a forward-thinking multiple office network that aim to provide a first class service with a proactive attitude towards all aspects of Real Estate.

Headed up by a panel of prominent Directors, with a business structure that promotes support and growth, this is a rare opportunity to join a leadership team.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the overall Growth of Property Management New Business & ensure standards are consistently met and to help exceed both the business & customer expectation. The secondary role is to provide training to staff and existing leasing & BD team of 4.

**The Role**:

- Hire, train, develop, lead & manage a high performing Leasing & Business Development team
- Manage a team of 4 across 2 x offices, which will grow to
- Manage pre-existing relationships with their Property Developer’s who provided flow of new business (2000 apartments being built in the next 18-24 months, which has the potential for this agency to manage)
- Lead by example, push for new business yourself, lead call sessions for the team
- Build relationships with new property developers to increase pipeline
- Motivate, train & push the team
- Oversee and implement day-to-day leasing practices’
- Ensure KPI’s are met across Leasing & New Business
- Dispersing business leads within the New Business team
- Overseeing all new management sign up & documentation is completed accurately
- Investigate and manage escalated issues
- Ensuring new managements are onboarded into portfolio correctly
- Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need
- Work amongst the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth

Role will be predominantly based in Mascot & the CBD, but there will be travel to Parramatta from time to time.

**The Person**:

- Experience managing a team, strong leadership skills
- Proven background in New Business or Sales in real estate
- Relationships with developers (a bonus)
- A current Real Estate Licence, Driver’s License and Car
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
