About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.
About the Role
Are you passionate about fostering growth and development within an organisation? We are seeking an enthusiastic Organisational Development Coordinator to join our team at Courts Services Victoria.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Organisational Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of various Organisational Development programs.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating learning opportunities, maintaining accurate records, preparing training materials, and providing essential administrative support to the OD team. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to the enhancement of our learning culture, and ensure the smooth implementation of OD initiatives.
