An amazing opportunity exists for a Administration Assistant to join the team at Willis Partners We are a young, vibrant Melbourne CBD-based accounting firm, offering central location, a fun engaging atmosphere & work/life balance

We require the talents of an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate attention to detail, has a willingness to learn and is highly organised & reliable. The Assistant will work closely with the Administration Team, whilst offering admin support to 3 Directors, staff and clients. Our admin team will be growing from 3 to 4 people, so there will be on-the-job training and people to lean on.

**Responsibilities**
- Meeting & Greeting clients/visitors as the first point of contact for the firm
- Maintaining professional presentation of office spaces
- Collection & distribution of mail
- Filing & scanning
- Collation of various accounting documentation
- Attending to ATO correspondence and communications
- Liaising with the ATO & ASIC
- Attending to registrations & lodgements with ATO
- Assist in organisation of office functions
- Other support/admin duties as required

**Successful Applicant**
- Experience in a similar role is _desirable, _but not necessary
- Able to take the initiative & ownership of work
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Team player
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Have the right to live and work in Australia

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
