- You'll be will be responsible for engaging with the stakeholders in the business, putting together the program of work, and setting priorities for team.
- You'll have a chance to work on different fields including a variety of different projects and people management side of things.
- You'll be in charge of the program budget and resourcing/prioritisation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Team people management & leadership skills
- Stakeholder management - being able to develop relationships with stakeholders
- Programme management experience - managing resourcing - responsible for team expanding.
- Experience with deliverables - escalation point for team - managing budget

What are the systems or technical requirements?

System/Technical: My client uses a variety of tools, eg MS Teams, O365, PM tools eg Jira, Confluence, KeyedIn, etc
