**Our Client**:
Our client is a multi-award-winning agency separating themselves with a team of young, ambitious and results-focused professionals. The office fit-out is near-new, incredibly elegant and tech-driven which gifts their team with an enviable work environment and all the systems/platforms for efficiency and success.

Given their geographic location in the heart of the CBD, they are specialists in apartments (mainly high-end), which means nicer property to work on

**Duties**:
Coming about due to growth, this role will see you supporting 10 Sales Executives with sales administration & marketing coordination. Working with guidance from an experienced Operations Manager and Office Manager your will day to day will include:

- Undertake CMA’s and prepare pre-listing kits
- Getting listed properties to market - coordinating photographers, copywriters etc
- Managing listings on the various portals
- Coordinating the exchange and settlement process
- Supporting with property marketing
- Liaising with stakeholders including Solicitors, suppliers, and your internal team

**Specific requirements**:

- 12months+ experience in a similar role within Real Estate
- Be a positive and proactive team member, keen to contribute
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Experience using RPdata and real estate software/databases
