This is an exciting contract, commencing ASAP until the end of March 2024 and with the potential for extension.

This is a hybrid opportunity, working 2-3 days per week from the office and the rest from home

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recommending and authorising membership decisions
- Ensuring appropriate escalation for queries and providing all relevant information to person managing escalation
- Ensuring the system is actioned in date order and on first contact
- Providing assistance to other Healthcare sections when required
- Provide internal customer service support
- Extensive administration and data entry
- Adhere to company polices and procedures

Experience within customer related industries will be highly regarded.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Private health insurance experience beneficial but not essential
- Exceptional administration and data entry experience
- A customer-centric personality and approach to work
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- A fun, positive, upbeat work ethic

The salary available for this role is $64,000 package, and the role is available immediately.
