The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake the administrative duties as required within the FATES funded project, providing project support and organising meetings with the relevant stakeholders.
- Support the organisation of networking events that facilitate project participant engagement through the project duration.
- Administrative support for Annual Renewal mail-outs and reminders
- Assist with processing member requests for fee reductions, payment plans, refunds, and special considerations for Annual Renewal.
- Support with day-to-day Membership administrative requirements
- Responsible for RANZCOG Honours Medals stock, engraving and Membership Merchandise stock.
- Administer Quality Assurance processes including monthly integrity checks and identify opportunities for improving quality of member details E.g., external achievements, awards received.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Excellent customer service and engagements skills with the ability to build rapport and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent administrative skills, particularly with respect to accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks within given deadlines
- The ability to work without close supervision, as a member of a team; be enthusiastic and self-motivated; contribute ideas and collaborate in their implementation.
