The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical speciality of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking an Administrative Officer to join the Education and Training Department.

Reporting to the Coordinator of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Operations, this position will provide administrative services and support for the RANZCP CPD program with a specific focus on membership management through the admission to the Fellowship process and enrolment in CPD programs, and document design.

**This role has a specific focus to**:

- Support the Training Manager with the admission to the Fellowship process.
- Maintain accurate program systems, ensuring the membership databases are up to date and prepare reports as required.
- Provide support to members and provide timely, clear and accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support regular reviews and redrafting of program documentation including policies and procedures relevant to Standard Operating Procedures and quality improvement processes.
- Event management, as required, for CPD and Training activities.
- Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in administration or education are required.
- Experience in an education setting with experience in CPD programs, and/or other membership organisations will be an advantage.
- Experience with document design and InDesign software is desirable.
- Genuine commitment to providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
