**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Three full time, permanent opportunities are currently available for Customer Centre Officers to join our Contact Centre, based in Mulgrave. Whether you are looking to grow your professional career, seeking a change or fresh start, our team will support you to become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

**DRIVERS**:

- Achieving Key Performance Indicators with a focus on call quality and customer experience
- Exposure to the broader Nissan Financial Services business and the ability to be able to cross train with key departments
- Adhere and understand of all compliance & legislation requirements
- Contributing to the success of our business through making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Having previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality experience is essential
- Full training will be provided
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office packages
- Great time management skills with a desire to work hard and have some fun along the way
