u&u Recruitment Partners is excited to partner with Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd (TTSPH) to recruit the role of Group Sales & Marketing Manager.

Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd (TTSPH) is 100% owned by Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) and is the headquarters for the South Pacific Mobility Division. TTSPH's Brisbane headquarters supports the South Pacific owned businesses comprising 29 Toyota Dealerships, trading with core franchises namely Toyota, Yamaha, Hino Truck, and Massey Ferguson. Other core brands Like TJM Accessories are long-term brands of choice and TTSPH.

The role

Reporting to the General Manager Business Operations, the Group Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities of all products in the TTSPH Group and ensuring all activities lead to an increase in customer satisfaction, market share, sales volume, and profitability.

More specifically, you will be involved in the following;
Developing and implementing new and used product sales and marketing strategies through the interpretation of customer feedback;
Using digital marketing tools to enhance and create new business, maintain market demand and achieve the company's strategic goals;
Managing and improving the communication between TTSPH, the operating companies, and the manufacturers / suppliers with regards to sales and marketing activities;
Providing leadership, coaching and support to your team to achieve goals and realize opportunities;
Overseeing annual country budgets, shipping and supply of vehicles and compliance;
Planning the model strategy, new model introduction and marketing / promotion for each market;
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to acquire and maintain competitive pricing in all markets;
Maintain and grow profitability opportunities through Dealer Management System optimization to realize financial KPIs; and

Sales planning to control stock levels and ordering across all dealers and regions.

About you / Required experience

10+ Years of automotive sales and marketing experience, either within an OEM or dealer (Toyota experience would be an advantage);
Well-developed people leadership and coaching skills;
Professional and highly motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to customers in the south pacific region;
Strong commercial, analytical, negotiating and budgeting skills;
Strong problem solving and planning skills;
Willing to travel to the South Pacific region regularly;
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) preferably in Marketing, Business, or Commerce; and
