**About this Role**:
A permanent opportunity that is responsible for all aspects of our user management, including but not limited to new user set up / deactivation, roles, profiles and permissions, this role is vital in assisting the business to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform.
In this busy role, you will also be responsible for test system environment management, and salesforce configuration changes such as Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, and custom settings, just to name a few.
Using your experience in a similar role, and your key skills in analysis, coordination, effective monitoring of performance and working with stakeholders, this is an exciting new position in our team that is essential to our ongoing success in this space.

**What you will deliver**:

- Ensure performance standards are met in OLA’s, SLA’s and KPI’s, as well as the full scope of system monitoring and processing.
- Focus on continuous improvement initiatives in this space, mitigating risks, and ensuring data quality and automation where required
- Collaborate and work closely with business users to understand business process needs, ensuring responsiveness and resolution.
- Manage unit testing, test configurations, product changes, ensuring appropriate user testing experience has been undertaken

**About you**
**To succeed in this role you’ll have**:

- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and working hands on experience in Salesforce or Click Administration
- Experience in ITIL or equivalent Service Management methodologies, as well as the ability to research, analyse, coordinate, develop, and maintain documentation
- Previous work experience as a Technical Analyst / Programmer is preferred, as is knowledge with SAP, Youreka, and familiarity with basic programming methodology and development
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (Advantages).
