What will your day look like

As a Salesforce Administrator working within the Get Help Value Stream, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Salesforce Platform that is heavily relied upon to enable our coaches within Get Help and Give Feedback to assist our customers with their Financial Wellbeing. You will prioritise assistance to our users in providing them assistance and guidance where it is required, assist with any manual tasks that need to be performed like regular extracts and/or uploads of data to and from the platform to assist any processes that need to be executed either one-off or regularly and will contribute any ongoing updates and upgrades to the platform that will make a major impact to the usability and efficiency of the platform

What will you bring?
A positive attitude and a willingness to assist
A genuine intent to run the platform as efficiently as possible
Ability to quickly absorb new knowledge and make fuzzy inferences about it
Excellent problem-solving skills and detective skills to investigate and resolve issues that occur while our users are using the platform
Passionate about the importance of user experience and advocating for the value the platform can offer
Familiarity with assets/services provided by Salesforce as a CRM is strongly preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification or an equivalent is strongly preferred
