About the Role

What you’ll be doing- Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, issues, and user support, ensuring timely ticket resolution.- Collaborate with sales and service teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems as needed.- Optimize Salesforce system performance.- Work with integration teams to resolve integration issues with other systems, such as ERP, and assist with data synchronization.- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for integration.- Manage user and license settings, including setup, deactivation, and permissions.- Perform hands-on technical tasks, including Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.- Have basic knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services for integration with Salesforce.- Use Salesforce DevOps skills for deployment and Azure DevOps pipeline scripting.- Assist with testing and post-deployment activities.

About You- Salesforce Administrator experience, preferably with Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.- Proficient in Salesforce upgrades, integration, and administration, including deployment automation and CICD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, SFDX, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins).- Experience in Salesforce development, troubleshooting deployment issues, and debugging test class failures.- Strong grasp of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns.- Agile mindset.
