**Assistant Customer Service Manager**:
In this part-time (20hr) role, you will assist the Customer Service Manager to lead, coach and support the Customer Service team to provide excellent customer service through a team that advocates for the business.

**When you will be needed**:
This role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.
