Lease Administrator

**About the role**:
The Lease Administrator will assist the Lease Administration Manager with all administrative functions of the Lease Administration processes.

**Duties**:

- Assist with leasing proposals, Offers to Lease, submissions, leasing strategies, brochures and flyers, meeting minutes, lease administration reports, lease document monitoring and filing
- Develop and maintain database for existing and future leasing contacts
- Prepare Lease Approval Forms and supporting documentation for approval and subsequent follow up
- Ensure all required documentation under lease is provided prior to Lease Commencement
- Follow up compliance requirements and execution of lease documentation, bank guarantee, certificate of currency, security deposits, contributions invoices, assignments and tenant contacts

**The skills and experience required for this role**:

- A degree in administration or property is preferred, but not essential
- Proficiency in developing new procedures and systems
- General Knowledge of Retail Shop Leasing Act
- Strong understanding of tenant fitout requirements
- Strong attention to detail
