An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their friendly and vibrant customer service team, located in their Tullamarine Office.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor your day will consist of;
- Preparing Air and Ocean freight quotations
- Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines and air lines
- Update, maintain and distribute client rate tariffs
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
- Update and maintain shipment reports
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and requires a committed, reliable individual who understands the importance of a good work ethic and can bring a professional, friendly and helpful manner to a fast paced environment.
To be considered for this position you must have recent Customer Service experience gained specifically within an International Freight Forwarding environment.
