**About the position**

Council’s Family Health Support Services Department is looking for a Client Services Officer who will be part of a team responsible for undertaking effective and efficient rostering and administration of In-Home Services for eligible consumers.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Timely preparation of rosters reflecting the assessed needs of clients in line with Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP) Guidelines, OHS and Enterprise Agreement requirements.
- Undertaking administrative duties in accordance with the Quality Assurance Standards and relevant department procedures to support optimal functioning of the service and use of resources; and
- Providing consistent high levels of customer service, information and support to clients accessing In Home Services.

This is a part-time role working 30.4 hours per week, over 4 days. Ability to participate in 7am starts, as negotiated within the team is required.

**About you**
- A TAFE level or equivalent qualifications or significant experience in office administration
- Demonstrated experience in rostering using a Client Management System
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to operate in a busy environment
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, and
- An understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP) would be an advantage.
