For over 40 years, Lives Lived Well has been supporting people to live their lives well. We are a non-profit healthcare provider, offering evidence-based services across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, specialising in supporting people with alcohol and other drug use and dependency, mental health, and gambling concerns.

Our dedicated team now comprises more than 500 staff members and is further enriched by a collaborative network of contractors, students, and volunteers. Unchanged from our beginnings is our fundamental belief that with the right support, people can change their lives.

**Your Opportunity**
Change is part of our DNA. We enjoy the variety, the agility and the opportunity to achieve more, and part of change is growth. In this newly created position, you’ll support our people and their development by improving LLW’s people capability.

Designing, developing, and implementing the People Capability Framework will include several initiatives, including:

- Training Needs Analysis
- Tailored Development Pathways
- Integration of framework with our People Management Processes
- Evaluation of the Framework

In this full-time, fixed term role, you’ll join a curious team that thinks differently and seeks new ways. We look to the evidence. We explore new ideas. And when we reach “better”, we ask, “What’s next?”

**What we are looking for**
With proven experience in developing and implementing competency frameworks, you will be committed to best practice in people management and development. Relatable, with strong change management expertise, you will also bring:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development or related field
- Project management experience within the HR field with strong stakeholder engagement and capacity to “bring people on the journey” - you’ll also be experienced with Project Management software
- Proficiency in scoping, designing, and conducting 360-degree assessments
- Capacity to self-manage and create your own strategic plan - you will be a “big picture” thinker who can also focus on the step-by-step process
- Efficient time management and communication skills - being an active listener and able to ask the right questions will be essential
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A passion for supporting people and their development to create full, comprehensive capability

You will need to have a current Australian Driver Licence and be eligible for a clean National Police Check.
