**About The Role**

We are seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to join our People and Wellbeing team. Reporting to the Head of Culture and Inclusion, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, and delivery of innovative and best practice organisational development, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives. The role will play an integral part in leading Endeavour Foundation’s culture transformation program and strategies that enhance employee experience and psychological safety. Duties include:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of change initiatives that continue to embed Endeavour Foundation’s culture, including but not limited, to reward and recognition, performance, employee engagement, inclusion and wellbeing.
- Review, design, propose and implement enhancements to existing organisational development frameworks and processes with an immediate focus on employee engagement and performance.
- Lead the coordination, maintenance and reporting of continuous listening activities utilising the organisation’s employee engagement platform.
- Lead activities that increase capability around facilitating meaningful dialogues that drive motivation, develops our people and delivers on organisational performance.
- Support the development and implementation of Endeavour's Diversity and Inclusion Strategy to achieve inclusion and create belonging in everything we do.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline including Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated relevant experience working in diversity and inclusion, organisational development, or human resources and success in developing and implementing organisational development, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion policies, initiatives and programs.
- Experience using Culture Amp highly desirable.
- Demonstrated strong written, verbal and reporting skills, including the ability to present high-quality information and deliver training to all levels of the organisation.
- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills vital to providing support and advice to business leaders and relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices, relevant legislation and reporting requirements highly desirable.
