**About the role**

Systems used within the role include the following: Banner, vUWS, Moodle, Navigate, Allocate Plus and Syllabus (Enterprise).

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Tertiary qualification or administrative experience in an education environment.
- IT literacy (e.g. student information system or database, or customer relationship management systems) and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy when transferring data across multiple systems.
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to teachers and other staff members.
- Ability to independently resolve routine problems and issues.
- Sense of responsibility and commitment to education.
- Excellent communication skills.
