Learning Hub Manager

**ACAP,** The Australian College of Applied Professions, is Australia's leading independent provider of tertiary education, delivering accredited courses in psychology, counselling, coaching, criminology, social work, law, and business management and leadership (MBA).
We are currently seeking someone that is eager to take the next step in their career. This management role leads the development and delivery of innovative services that empower students to achieve academic excellence, the Learning Hub.
Be at the forefront of creating a one-stop portal for learning resources, academic skill development, and tailored support programs aimed at diverse student cohorts, including those transitioning to higher education, students with disabilities, and international students.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Planning for the future of the Learning Hub to support the College's development and growth
- Managing day-to-day operations of the Learning Hub
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Monitoring outcomes and driving continuous improvement
**In addition to a **student-first approach** it is essential you can demonstrate**:
- Extensive experience in an academic success function within a higher-education institution and familiarity with relevant legislation, policies and guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to deliver projects in a diverse and inclusive environment
- Knowledge of and commitment to evidence-based design and delivery of services within a strengths-based approach
- Relevant undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualifications
