**Description**
- Lead and develop the production team, empowering supervisors to effectively manage production.
- Working closely with the director to hit objectives and bring your ideas to life.
- Monitor line efficiency, total volumes, and waste levels to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
- Recommend process improvements to increase throughput, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
- Identify and evaluate equipment, techniques, and technology for use in the bottling halls.
- Identify and suggest improved ways of transporting products both locally and interstate.
- Develop and maintain a database to manage all raw materials entering the site.
- Develop and maintain Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and policies.

**Profile**

To be considered for this role you will have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in beverage manufacturing.
- Prior examples of your relevant achievements in implementation and process improvement.
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Strong desire to take ownership of your position and make it your own.
- The passion for seeing your visions come to life.
- Current Australian driver's and forklift licence.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to supporting and meeting the needs of the senior leadership team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to relate to people at all levels.
