**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Support the development and maintenance of the academic timetable and the provision of teaching space to ensure space allocations are aligned with the university’s pedagogical delivery and policy.
- Contribute feedback and suggestions and identify situations in which change is needed to improve policy and practice.
- Collect and analyse information and data from a variety of appropriate sources to solve work problems.
- Provide basic advice to clients that addresses underlying timetabling questions or concerns, and make appropriate referrals to other areas of the University as appropriate.
- Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions to timetable problems based on stakeholder needs, including those related to data collection, scheduling, and student allocation, and their associated systems and processes.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- A Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Experience and broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in using timetabling systems within a university environment, or experience maintaining a complex database.
- Demonstrated data literacy and proficiency in MS Excel.
