This is an amazing opportunity for an Events professional to showcase their customer service expertise and deliver world-class events and hospitality to their clients. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the management, delivery, and successful execution of premium events in this amazing venue located in the beautiful Macedon Ranges 1 hour from Melbourne CBD.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover contract with the potential to extend to a permanent role.

**The role**:

- Responsible for the end-to-end management of high-quality events from conception to operational execution
- Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in the delivery of unforgettable events
- Nurture trusting relationships and provide an unforgettable experience to all clients
- Host site tours with prospective clients and face-to-face meetings with suppliers
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for events and hospitality
- Highly competent administration, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to think on your feet and be adaptive and flexible
