Located in St Leonards Square and spread across 1,158 sqm, our St Leonards club is your go-to location for work, rest and play on the lower North Shore. Inside you'll find purpose-built spaces for Boxing, Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Grid Training (HIIT), plus a gym with strength, cardio and functional training zones. We've also catered for your post-workout-self, with luxury changeroom amenities including Dyson Supersonic hairdryers, ghd® straighteners and Apelles products. It's the experience your workout deserves.

**Your gig**

Reporting to the Club Manager, you'll lead the sales team to achieve targets and build relationships in the community. It's about planning and directing sales activities to ensure total member satisfaction.
- In a nutshell: _
- You'll plan and direct the activities of the sales team ensuring all are motivated to attain sales targets (prospect calling, retention calling, external activations and following up referrals and leads).
- You'll ensure a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up so they don't incur any bumps in their first attendance.
- You'll partner with the Club Manager to negotiate major deals within guidelines, maintaining contact with key corporates and identifying and steering opportunities for further growth.
- You'll report actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections.
- You'll coach, develop and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed sales and saves targets.
- You'll ensure every member has an exceptional leaving experience that is focused on providing relevant solutions and recommendations in order to increase save volumes.
- You'll stay on top of sales admin to ensure seamless administrative processes.

**All about you**
- You have 2+ years of relevant sales leadership experience, and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule. You may also have experience within the fitness sector. A+ for you.
- You have aligned experience. You're an effective manager with strong leadership and motivational ability. You're comfortable with the entire sales cycle and thrive on exceeding performance targets.
- You're nurturing and people focused yet driven to succeed and have a proven track record of delivering sales results.
- You love thinking of creative ways to generate new business and build local relationships (you may also have some corporate sector experience).
- You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're motivated to find solutions and always consider the business impact. You easily move between tactical work and big picture work
- You love to teach your team sales techniques and you get a kick out of goal setting and getting people to those _I did it _moments.
