We are looking for talented Individuals with skills across the below People specialities:
**Talent Acquisition Partner**
- **Full life-cycle recruiting**: You’ll get to own the recruiting process from start to finish, sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent
- **Sourcing**: You’ll be responsible for developing and executing on sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and make sure we’re bringing top talent into the business
- **Diversity strategies**:We’re super proud of the diversity of thought we've built onto these teams, however, we've only just started. You'll continue to collaborate with the team to create diversity and inclusion plans for hiring
- **Partner with your hiring managers**: You will work closely with your hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of how each role fits into Canva
- **Data-driven**:You are always trying to improve our hiring process and you will think with a data-first approach

**Talent Brand Partner**
- **Understand Canva and what makes us special**:Identify ways to amplify those attributes through activating and measuring talent campaigns, partners, events and nurture strategy
- **Build relationships with key internal partners**:Work with Marketing & Brand, Corporate Communications and our broader People Experience team to help build our external narrative

**People Operations Specialist**
- Provide advice and support to our employees on employment, policies and programs relating to extended periods of leave and offboarding.
- Serve as the point of escalation for the People Central team for employee queries.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure employees are set up for success during periods of extended leave and offboarding.
- Provide timely and accurate employee information to support peak moments to employees, including when leaving Canva temporarily for periods of parental leave or permanently.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Maintain and create HR policies, programs and processes, and provide advice to employees.
- Work on a wide range of global people programs and collaborate closely with teams across the whole People team.
- Be the main point of contact for offboarding and extended leave policy and processes.

**People Partnering**
- Help build a world-class people strategy that fully embodies our philosophies around empowerment, “minimum viable structure”, results-oriented organisation design etc; whilst contributing your unique insights from a strategic HR perspective
- Become a critical strategic member of your group leadership team and a trusted advisor; guiding and coaching leaders on the full gamut of people challenges and opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of your key partners and the business challenges they're working to solve; design & deliver tailored people strategies & solutions that enable them to achieve their Crazy Big Goals
- Work with your leads to build a highly engaged and effective group, partnering with them on key priorities such as organisation design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, and cultivating culture
- Build critical context within your group and, working with your People Group and CoE peers, be "the voice of the business" in the design phase of Canva-wide talent programs
- Facilitate and build leadership capability around cyclical people programs, such as Impact, growth & development, and compensation reviews
- Actively work to maintain alignment & integration across all of our People teams, supergroups & specialties, and the broader business, identifying challenges and partnering on solutions

**Shared Services Analyst**
- Provide advice and support to our employees from pre-employment through to offboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding with various stakeholders to ensure new hires are set up for success.
