About the Company

Global leader of specialised industrial services products is seeking a dynamic and motivated People & Culture Manager to support their employees across ANZ.

About the Position

As a strategic and operational HR leader you will be responsible for the following:
Implementing and driving recruitment and retention strategies;
Identify training needs and implementing training initiatives aligned with business goals;
**Employee/industrial relations**: manage grievances and disciplinary processes and coach managers on effective performance management;
Manage compensation and benefits programs;
Administer all HR policies and compliance;
Organisational development; and

Lead 1 HR direct report.

About You

Extensive experience in a HR leadership role with experience supporting the above mentioned duties;
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and industry experience;
Strong generalist experience;
Excellent communication and influencing skills;
Ability to engage with stakeholders nationally; and

Strong leadership skills.
