**About the Role**:
The People and Culture (PAC) team is currently on an exciting transformational journey and our positions provides a great career opportunity to implement innovative PAC strategies that will see Anglicare deliver on our strategic objectives. Working with the leadership and broader staff team, you'll assist in the development and delivery of a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, remuneration and performance management, talent acquisition, HR reporting and employee engagement.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the focus is to support our Residential aged care stream. You'll have strong experience as a human resources practitioner, relevant qualifications in human resource management, and the ability to support your key stakeholders with a collaborative approach.

**Key requirements of the role include**:

- A solid understanding of the compliance, legal and industrial relations environment of HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills that foster relationships, influence and connection with all and levels of staff.
- Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, make decisions, set realistic goals and meet deadlines.
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a highly operational team environment
- An operational, hands-on approach to business partnering supporting and implementing HR processes, coaching and training others.

The position is on a full time basis.

**About you**:

- You will have at least 5 years experience in a Business Partnering role.
- You are a degree qualified HR professional with exceptional influencing and people skills.
- You have a can-do approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You may have experience working in the not-for-profit sector; however you may also be looking to transition out of the corporate work environment.
- An interest/knowledge in ER/IR, remuneration, performance, and coaching/training others is considered advantageous
